Adopt a positive mindset towards fat loss

With the right attitude, effort and aggression you can better overcome failures when you are working on your fat loss goals.


  1. Accept that you cannot make progress every day
    It is normal to have cycles of ups and downs when you are working to reach your goal.

  2. Tell yourself, “tomorrow is a new day!”
    Have the attitude that tomorrow is a new day to continue working for your goals. Say this out loud when you’re having a “down” day - it will genuinely help you have a more positive attitude.

  3. Use your feelings of aggression to go the extra mile
    When you start to feel aggressive about something, make a mental note of it. Then, use that aggression to overcome intimidating and agonizing scenarios such as going to the gym and finishing your last reps.
