Achieve maximum productivity with minimal time

Instructions

  1. Divide your actions into smaller steps.
For example, if your goal is to make $10,000 a month, break it down into weeks, then days. So, your goal is now to earn $500 per day, Monday to Friday.

  2. Create a not-to-do list.
20 percent of your actions will account for 80 percent of your happiness, income, and success. Reflect on which actions fall into the 20%, and eliminate the rest.

  3. Be specific about your goals.
Don’t say, “I’ll start writing my book tomorrow”. Instead, say, “Today, I’ll write one page of my book at 8.00 pm.”

  4. Take action immediately.
Simply taking action drives procrastination away. The longer the gap between your initial thought and the corresponding action, the stronger your desire to procrastinate becomes.

  5. Decide what your non-negotiables are.
You can start by having non-negotiables that help you improve your life overall, such as exercise, meditation, writing or reading.
