Accept your vulnerability as a sign of strength.

If we change our perception of vulnerability, we can begin living our life to the fullest. The search for perfection will only make you feel dissatisfied and unfulfilled because perfection isn’t part of the true human experience. 


  1. Make a list of things you haven’t done because you’re waiting for the “perfect time.”
    Ask yourself if the perfect time actually exists or if you use it as an excuse not to do something.
  2. Choose at least one thing on your list and do it now.
    There is no time like the present to accomplish something that you want. 


I equate the ideas of 'perfection' to confidence. Unless I feel confident about something, I don't feel as though I can do that thing or that it is not worth celebrating. To shift from certainty to leading with uncertainty and curiosity is a change
