Implement a cold water therapy


  1. ** Take a cold shower. **
    Start with a cold shower for 5-10 seconds and gradually increase the duration. Alternatively, you can also take a Scottish shower, where you end a hot shower with at least a minute of a cold shower.
  2. ** Take an ice bath. ** Fill a bathtub with cold water and add ice to get the temperature to the mid-fifties. Immerse yourself in the water for 5-10 minutes. Do this every morning and before bed.
