Choose a business that you observed supports ethical sourcing.
An example of this is Lush–a cosmetics brand keen on sourcing materials responsibly. When they look for suppliers, they consider the working conditions of the workers and the environmental impact of the ingredient production. Lush's cosmetic ingredients must be vegetarian, not tested on animals, and have a low transportation impact.
In a blank document, write a brief report on your chosen business by answering the following questions:
- What criteria are being used to establish the ethical standards under which they operate?
- Should ethical sourcing be the default standard for all businesses?
