Rotate your head to alleviate symptoms of a stiff neck and help prevent migraine headaches

Instructions

  1. Lie on your stomach.
  2. Lift your head, and bring your arms under your chest.
    Rest the weight of your upper body on your elbows.
  3. Rotate your head to the right as far as it comfortably goes.
    Hold that position for sixty seconds.
  4. Bring your head back to the center.
  5. Now rotate your head to the left as it comfortably goes, and hold that position for sixty seconds.
