Identify your “Focus task”.


  1. Put the things that distract you aside and focus on the task at hand.
    Be selective about what you choose to direct your time and energy on. It is best to focus all your energy on one thing at a time and to avoid any distraction. 
  2. Make a note of all the time you have available and plan your tasks accordingly. 
    Setting small deadlines for completing a task will help you prioritize and avoid procrastination. 
  3. When you're done, give yourself a treat and move to the next task. Make the most of your time by always c hasing the next goal with passion.
