You don’t create a culture. It happens. This is why new companies don’t have a culture. Culture is the byproduct of consistent behavior. If you encourage people to share, then sharing will be built into your culture. If you reward trust, then trust will be built in.

    When you do this, sharing, trusting, and respecting are built into your culture. But when you treat people in your team like children, you get children’s work. Don’t make the mistake of many companies; when everything needs approval, you will lose the creativity of your employees’ minds.
  2. People need diversion. Give it to them.
    It’s said that if you want something done, ask the busiest person. If the members of your team have outside lives, they will do their work at their best, as they have someone and something to work for.
  3. Sound your own size.
    If you are a small business, sound like a small business. You should be honest with your employees and your customers.
