Celebrate the present


  1. Whenever worried about a future event, remember that it is in your power to overcome whatever comes at you.
    Repeat the following mantra if you are anxious about the future: “I cannot lose what hasn’t happened yet!”
  2. Live each day as if it were your last.
    Dwelling over the past or getting anxious over the future will eventually make you sick. Learn to be present by practicing daily gratitude each morning, just for the fact that you are alive!
