Instructions

  1. Gradually remove from your life the superfluity, distractions, and everything that drains you of your energy.
    To do this, ask yourself, “Is this, or is it not, something necessary in my life today?”
  2. Apply this rule not only to your things but also to your thoughts and actions.
    Most of the time, what we say and do under stress is unnecessary or hurtful. This exercise will help you cleanse your mind of stressful factors.
