Let’s talk about Tiny Habits at Mentorist Book Club!

"If you plant behavior in the right spot it will grow without coaxing" - BJ Fogg

Choose a behavior you want, make it tiny, find where it fits naturally in your life, and nurture its growth by celebrating your small wins every day. That's the essence of the Tiny Habits approach, created by BJ Fogg (PhD), founder and director of the Behavior Design Lab at Stanford University.

Fogg's research has contributed to much of our current understanding of habit science. His principles on motivation and habit formation are featured in books such as Atomic Habits by James Clear. In Tiny Habits, Fogg argues that creating a happier, healthier life can be both easy and fun, as long as you take small but consistent actions.
