Teach your children to care for others.

Research indicates that young babies need their mother’s physical touch to stimulate proper brain development, as this touch shows them love and affection and decreases the release of stress hormones from their brains.

As they grow older, it is important to instill the value of trust in them. If they do not learn to trust others, they will become socially isolated and feel insecure and fearful, which will lead to anxiety, then frustration, then anger, then violence.

  1. Show love to your children.
The simplest way to love your children is to touch them. Hold their hand, hug them, and make special note to extend your touch to them frequently when they are young babies.
  2. Instill in them the value of trust.
Teach them to trust others and extend friendship and compassion to everyone around them.
