  3. Eliminate obstacles and temptations. Identify potential obstacles or triggers that might hinder your progress and take proactive steps to eliminate or minimize them.
  4. Seek support from others.
    Share your goal with supportive friends, family, or a mentor who can provide encouragement and guidance. Consider joining a community or online group with individuals pursuing similar changes. Regularly connect with them to stay motivated and accountable.
  5. Monitor your progress. Keep a record of your progress to stay motivated. Use a journal, app, or a simple checklist to monitor your daily actions and milestones achieved. Celebrate your successes along the way, whether it's treating yourself to something you enjoy or engaging in a rewarding activity.
