  1. Review your calendar every day.
    Understand the work you have for the day; for example, if you have meetings scheduled non-stop from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., know immediately that you will not be able to work on anything else during the day, and make commitments to others accordingly.
  2. Review all the actions you will be able to do in your current context.
    If you are in your office, review all the calls, computer actions, and other in-office tasks you need to complete. This doesn’t mean you will do these things—it is just for you to understand what needs to be done.
