Start to think from the inside out.

Albert Einstein said, “The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them.”

Thinking from the inside out means to stop trying to change others and stop blaming others. It means to start with our own character and our own paradigms.

  1. Start with the most inner part of yourself.
Start with your paradigms, your character, and your motives.

  2. Work on yourself.
Thinking from the inside out means that you change yourself first. For example, if you want to have a better relationship, start with being more positive and sharing more empathy.

  3. Don’t try to change other people.
They will change when you change your character.
