Reduce the number of decisions you make every day.

Our destiny is shaped in the moments of our decisions. By eliminating decision fatigue, you’ll make good decisions in your work, finances, relationships, and other areas of your life.

We have limited willpower, and as we make more and more decisions throughout the day, this gets depleted. As a result, we make poor decisions when suffering from decision fatigue.

  1. Fix some of the choices you make every day.
Write down some of the decisions you make every day—choosing which clothes to wear, what to eat, what to work on, whom to call, etc. Now fix some of these choices. For example, you can organize your wardrobe so that you wear clothes in the same pattern every week.
