Get Comfortable Being Alone

  3. Set a timer for 10 minutes.
    This will help you stay focused and not get distracted.
  4. Focus on your thoughts.
    Use this time to think about your day, your goals, and your feelings.
  5. Do this every day.
    Doing this regularly will help to reduce stress and process thoughts.
