There are a lot of things that change our emotions to negative and that are out of our influence. They very often produce anxiety. In 99.9% of cases, you will not change the politics and economy of your country or decrease the number of accidents.


  1. Take actions on things that you can influence.
    Be proactive at work, home and your organization. Don’t do things just because you have to do them. Instead, do more.
  2. Eliminate from your life things that you cannot influence.
    Turn off the TV, news websites, etc. Such things influence you and your mood, and you don’t have influence on them.
