The first fundamental of making a prototype: innovation.
Innovation refers to inventing new and better strategy. For example, with the introduction of electric cars by Tesla, all auto companies need a good strategy to bring efficient electric cars to the market.

The second fundamental: quantification.Simply applying a strategy is of no use if it’s not producing good results. Quantify results so that you
can tweak your strategy to get better results.

The third fundamental: orchestration.
Orchestration refers to elimination of discretion or choice at the operating level of business. For example, McDonald’s has fixed the process for making a burger to the point that all employees use the same process to produce the same taste in the burger.
