If you are aware of your emotions, you will be able to communicate them with clarity. This will encourage your partner to communicate their feelings too, so you can build a strong, healthy relationship.
Three times a day, ask yourself, “What emotions have I felt in the last three hours?”
Write them down in a notepad, and include a few words to describe the event that caused you to feel that way.
Establish a daily sharing time where you and your partner will each talk about three events of the day.
