Change your mindset from a negative to positive one.

Oftentimes, when there is a problem in our lives, we face it with a negative mindset in which we try to pin the blame on someone, or we complain about our misery. Neither of these things will help you resolve the problem, and your negativity will only make you feel worse. Instead, adopt a more positive mindset and look for solutions to your problems.

  1. Ask yourself, “What’s not wrong?”
Think about the things that are going right in life, the things you can be grateful for.
  2. Quit blaming.
Blaming has no positive effect at all; however, understanding why a problem occurred in the first place will help you fix it. Look at all living beings with compassion and do your best to understand why people do what they do—this is the first step toward finding a solution.
