Be who you want to become in the future.

We all have some vision of ourselves in the future, a vision of the person we want to become. To become that person, we must start at some point in time. So just decide to become that person now!


  1. Instead of thinking about who you want to be in the future, just be that person now.
    Act like you are already that person. It’s that easy.
  2. Internalize the changes by saying, “I’m a healthy eater,” “I’m a jogger,” etc.


I think most of us lack the confidence to be who we want to be.
So, embrace the fact, that all exercises/coaching/books might not be enough, because at the end of the day, you just have to be brave, and be it. Be that person you want to be.

Instead of wishful thinking like "I want to show confidence when I'm around women", be brave, and just become such a person.
