Be consistent.

Consistency is the key to achieving and maintaining momentum. Without consistency, you may begin to slack off on your routines and projects, and you will not be able to achieve your goals.


  1. Write down three areas of life in which you are not consistent enough.
    Think about what aspects you need to improve upon.
  2. Reflect on what this inconsistency has cost you so far.
    What negative effects have arisen as a direct result of your inconsistency? For example, perhaps your inconsistency has kept you from achieving your goals.
  3. Declare that you will stay committed to consistency.
    Use the threat of those negative effects to keep you motivated!
